When you become a member of the Olympic Astronomical Society OAS, you become a part of an enthusiatic and energetic group of ameture astronomers. In a way, you become a member of the family located in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States north of Oregon and South of British Columbia.
The OAS is a family oriented society, which means, all ages, families, and people are made welcome. The society hosts a variety of picnics, potlucks and star parties. Camp Delany, located in beautiful eastern Washington, is one of the OAS's featured star party gatherings. It is part of the Dry Falls region, which is absolutely stunning. OAS members also offeres monthly meetings at Olympic College which include very informative presentations, videos, speakers and fun people to be around.
